2 cups Thumann's diced chicken or turkey breast
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup halved red grapes
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and all remaining
ingredients. Season, if desired, with salt and ground
black pepper. Chill in refrigerator or eat immediately.
Serve on lettuce and garnish with toasted sliced
almonds, if desired.
