Roast Beef Carpaccio Appetizer
Makes Two Servings
Ingredients:
10 Slices Thumann's Capless Roast Beef - thinly sliced
small bunch of Arugula
2 oz Parmesan shavings
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Lay Thumann's Roast Beef flat around a plate; place the
Arugula in the center. Sprinkle the Parmesan shavings on
top of the Arugula. Whisk together the olive oil and
lemon juice then drizzle it over the roast beef and
Arugula. Add salt and pepper to taste.
