Thumann's Brats & Beer
Makes 4 servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
1 lb. Thumann's Bratwurst
1 cup of your favorite beer
1/2 cup water
1 small onion
2 tbsp butter
4 teaspoons Thumann's Horse-Radish Prepared Mustard
4 hot dog buns
Prepare Grill to Medium Heat.
In medium sauce pan sauté chopped onion and butter
together until onions are clear. Prick Bratwurst three
times and add them to the onions in sauce pan. Add beer
and water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
Turn the temperature down and simmer Brats for 10
minutes. Remove from skillet.
On an oiled, preheated grill, arrange the Brats. Grill
for 5 to 6 minutes per side or browned. Only turning
